What every report covers, so you know which one answers your question.

Reports are grouped into five areas. Every one filters by date and exports to CSV — see Filter and export a report.
Attendees

The ones worth running every time
No-shows. Your registered-to-attended rate is the single most useful planning number you have, and almost nobody writes it down. Catering, seating and space next year all depend on it.
Leads per booth. The most persuasive thing you can put in front of an exhibitor at renewal. Lead with their own number.
Orders & revenue. Reconcile it against your payment provider — see Reconcile your paid orders.
Email delivery log. Check it after your first big campaign. A high bounce rate means bad addresses you can still fix before the event.
Export the reports that matter within a week of the event, while you still care. Six months later, when you are planning next year, they are the only record of what actually happened — and by then nobody remembers to go and look.
What happens next
Each report shows headline numbers, charts and a row table capped at 2,000 rows on screen. The CSV export contains everything.
Common problems
A report is empty. A date filter is excluding everything, or that feature was not used at this event.
On-screen totals do not match your export. The table is capped at 2,000 rows; the export is complete. Trust the export.
Numbers disagree with the Attendees page. Different filters. Reports filter by date; the attendee list filters by status and type.
You cannot see Reports. Owner, admin, finance and viewer can all read reports.
