See which emails an attendee received
Check what evenclo sent someone and what happened to it, before you resend anything.

Check this before resending. It usually answers the question outright, and stops you sending someone a fourth copy of an email already sitting in their spam folder.
Steps
- Open Attendees and click the person's row.
- Click Email history.

Attendee panel showing the email history list with dates and delivery states
You see every email evenclo sent them for this event, most recent first, with what happened to it.
Reading it
Nothing listed — evenclo never sent anything. They were probably added by import, which does not email anyone, or they are not Confirmed. Send it with Resend a confirmation and QR ticket.
Sent or delivered — it left evenclo and reached their mail server. If they still cannot find it, it is in spam or has been filtered by their organisation. Resending will not change that; ask them to search their junk folder for your event name.
Bounced — the address is refusing mail. Wrong address, a typo, a closed mailbox, or a full one. Get a corrected address and edit their record before trying again.
What happens next
Nothing here changes anything — it is a read-only record. Use it to decide whether the fix is a resend, an address correction, or a conversation about spam filters.
Common problems
A campaign you sent is not listed. History covers email to this attendee for this event. If they were not in that campaign's audience, they were never sent it — check the campaign's own filters in the Marketing section.
Delivered, but they insist nothing arrived. Almost always a corporate spam filter. Ask them to search for the event name rather than scroll, and to check quarantine as well as junk. If it is urgent, check them in by name at the door — the QR is a convenience, not a requirement.
You need delivery across everyone, not one person. Use the Email delivery log report in the Reports section.
