Export your attendee list to CSV
Download everyone matching your current filters, or just the rows you selected.
Steps
- Open Attendees and set the filters so the list shows the people you want.
- Click Export CSV.

The file downloads immediately.
Two exports, and the difference matters
Export CSV gives you everyone matching your current filters — including people on pages you have not scrolled to. This is almost always the one you want.
Export selected gives you only the rows you ticked. Use it when you have hand-picked a group that no filter describes.
What you get
One row per attendee with their name, email, ticket type, status, check-in state, tags and their answers to your registration form.
Open it in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
This is your practical backup. Before any bulk delete, any big import, or the week before the event, export and keep the file. It costs nothing and has saved a lot of people.
Common problems
Arabic or accented names look like nonsense in Excel. The file is UTF-8; Excel guesses otherwise on some systems. Instead of double-clicking, open Excel first, then *Data → From Text/CSV*, and pick UTF-8. Google Sheets and Numbers handle it correctly on their own.
You got fewer rows than expected. A filter is still applied. Set Status to All statuses and Ticket type to All ticket types, then export again.
A long ID or phone number lost its leading zero. Excel reformats anything that looks numeric. Import via *Data → From Text/CSV* and set those columns to Text.
You need financial figures rather than people. Use the Reconciliation tab or the Reports section — this export is the attendee list, not orders and revenue.
