Find and filter your attendee list
Search, filter by status, ticket type, check-in and tag, and page through a long list.

The Attendees page is your registrant list. Everything else in this section starts here, and the filters are worth learning early — most bulk work begins with narrowing the list to exactly the right people.
Search
Type into Search name or email at the top. It matches on either.

Filters
Four dropdowns sit beside the search box:
- Status — Pending, Confirmed, Waitlisted, Cancelled, Rejected, or All statuses.
- Ticket type — one ticket type, or All ticket types.
- Check-in — Checked in, or Not checked in.
- Tag — any tag you have applied.
Filters combine. Status *Confirmed* plus check-in *Not checked in*, on the morning of your event, is your no-show risk list.
Paging through a long list
Choose 50, 100 or 200 rows per page at the bottom.
The list is a view, not a limit. Export CSV exports everyone matching your current filters, not just the page you are looking at — so filter first, then export.
What the statuses mean
- Pending — registered but not yet confirmed. Usually awaiting payment or approval.
- Confirmed — done. They have their ticket and QR code.
- Waitlisted — registered after a ticket sold out.
- Cancelled — cancelled, by them or by you.
- Rejected — an approval request you turned down.
What happens next
Once the list shows the right people you can act on all of them at once — see Act on several attendees at once.
Common problems
Someone you know registered is not showing. Clear the filters — a leftover status or tag filter is almost always the cause. Then search by email rather than name, since names get typed inconsistently.
Counts do not match your reports. Filters apply to the list only. Reports have their own date filters — see the Reports guides.
You can read the list but cannot change anything. Finance and viewer roles are read-only here. See What each team role can do.
