Review, edit and export your leads

For exhibitors — check what you captured, fix a mistake, and download the list.

This guide is for exhibitors.

Steps

  1. Open the capture app and go to My leads.
  2. Browse everything captured on your booth.

  3. Tap a lead to edit it, or delete one captured by mistake.
  4. Export your leads to CSV.

You see your own booth's leads. Other exhibitors cannot see them, and you cannot see theirs.

Export before you leave

Export at the end of each day, not just at the end of the event.

It takes ten seconds and means you always have a copy independent of the app, the phone, and the venue's wifi.

First, sync — anything still queued on a phone is not in the export.

Follow up within 48 hours

This is the whole point of the exercise, and it is where most exhibitors lose the value they paid for.

Your leads met dozens of companies. After a few days they will not remember which booth was yours.

Block out the morning after the event for follow-up before you travel to the event. It never happens if you leave it to "when things calm down" — things do not calm down, and by the following week the leads are cold.

What the export contains

Each lead with the details the organizer shares, plus your rating, temperature, notes and the answers to the qualification questions.

Import it into your CRM, or work from the spreadsheet directly.

Common problems

Leads are missing. They are still queued on a device. Sync every phone your team used — see Capture leads without a connection.

Fewer details than expected. The organizer chooses which attendee fields exhibitors receive.

Arabic or accented names look wrong in Excel. The file is UTF-8; Excel guesses otherwise. Open Excel first, then *Data → From Text/CSV*, and choose UTF-8.

You deleted a lead by mistake. It cannot be recovered. Export daily so you always have yesterday's copy.

You want the whole event's attendee list. You get the people who agreed to be scanned at your booth. The full list is the organizer's to share or not.
