Reset your password

Use this when you cannot sign in. If you are already signed in and just want a new password, use Change your password instead — it is quicker.

Steps

1. Go to dashboard.evenclo.com and click Forgot your password? under the sign-in button.

   

2. Enter your email address.

   

3. Click Send reset link.
4. Open the email and follow the link, then set your new password.

What happens next

The confirmation message looks the same whether or not that email address has an account. That is on purpose — it stops anyone using this page to work out who has an evenclo account.

So if no email arrives, the useful question is not "did it fail?" but "is that definitely the address my account uses?"

Common problems

No email arrived. Check spam first. Then check the address: it must be the exact one your invitation was sent to, not a personal alias or a group address that forwards. If you are not sure which address your account uses, ask your workspace owner to look at the Team page.

The link says it has expired. Reset links are single-use and time-limited. Send yourself a fresh one — do not reuse an older email.

You reset it but still cannot sign in. If the new password is definitely right, your account may be deactivated, which no password reset can fix. Ask your workspace owner to reactivate you.
