Resend a confirmation and QR ticket

"I never got my ticket" is the most common message you will receive before an event. This is the fix.

Steps

1. Open Attendees and find them — searching by email is more reliable than by name.
2. Click their row to open their panel.
3. Click Resend confirmation.

   

Resending to many people at once

Select the rows and use Send email → resend confirmation. See Act on several attendees at once.

What happens next

They get the same confirmation email again, with their QR code.

Their QR code does not change when you resend. Anything already printed or saved still works, so resending is always safe — you cannot invalidate a ticket by sending it twice.

First, check it is actually missing

Before resending repeatedly, open their email history. It tells you whether evenclo sent it and what happened afterwards. If it shows as delivered, the email is in their inbox or their spam folder, and sending a third copy will not help.

Common problems

They still do not receive it. Check the address on their record for a typo — gmail.con, a missing letter, an old work address. Fix it with Edit an attendee's details, then resend.

Their email history shows it bounced. The address is wrong or the mailbox is full. Get a different address from them; resending to a bouncing address never works.

It goes to spam every time. Corporate filters are strict about bulk mail. Ask them to check junk and allow your sending domain. As a fallback, export their QR code details, or check them in by name at the door — the QR code is a convenience, not the only way in.

They have no QR code at all. They are probably not Confirmed. Set the status to Confirmed with Edit an attendee's details, then resend.
