Find your way around the dashboard

Once you open an event, a sidebar appears on the left. It is the same on every page, and it is the fastest way to get anywhere.

The sidebar only lists what your role can reach, so yours may be shorter than a colleague's. That is expected — see What each team role can do.

What each section is for

• Overview — the event's own admin page: name, dates, venue, headline numbers, and the setup checklist. See Work through the setup checklist.
• Page editor — build the public pages attendees see. Everything on your event website is edited here.
• Registration
• Form builder — the questions people answer when they register, plus attendee types and form steps.
• Tickets — ticket types and prices, payment methods, discount codes, and reconciliation.
• Attendee Management
• Attendees — your registrant list: add, import, edit, export, check in, merge duplicates.
• Invitations — invite named guests directly and track who replied.
• Exhibitors — exhibitor packages, applications, payments, the floor plan and your shared catalog.
• Leads — lead capture settings, and every lead your exhibitors scanned.
• Program — tracks, sessions, speakers, and per-session check-in.
• Check-in — the door. Look someone up or scan their QR code to check them in.
• Badges — design badge templates and assign one per attendee type.
• Print kiosk — the scan-and-print lane for badge printing on the day.
• Email editor — your email templates, campaigns and scheduled sends.
• WhatsApp — connect a WhatsApp number and run campaigns.
• Analytics — page views, registrations and conversion rate.
• Reports — 15 ready-made reports, all exportable to CSV.
• Team — invite people and set their roles.

Two things that live somewhere slightly different

Email editor and Analytics open on your event's own address (your-event-slug.evenclo.com/admin.html) rather than the main dashboard. The sidebar takes you there; it just explains why the address changes.

Getting between events

Click the event name at the top of the sidebar to go back to Your events and pick a different one.

Common problems

A section colleagues mention is not in your sidebar. Your role does not include it. See What each team role can do.

You are on a page but it seems to show a different event. The event travels in the page address. Go back via the event name at the top of the sidebar and re-enter the event you meant, rather than editing the address by hand.
