Open the lead capture app
For exhibitors — open the link the organizer sent you and get ready to scan.

This guide is for exhibitors, not event organizers. If you are organizing the event, see Send the capture link to your exhibitors instead.
The event organizer sends you a link. That link is the lead scanner — nothing to download, and it opens straight in your phone's browser.
If the link is gone or has expired, you do not need to wait for the organizer: open /exhibitor on the event's web address and sign in with your email. Depending on how the organizer set the event up you will either be asked for the password from your booth confirmation email, or emailed a 6-digit code. There is also an Email me a sign-in link instead button on that screen.
Steps
- Open the link the organizer emailed you, on the phone you will use at the booth.
- Allow camera access when the browser asks. You need it to scan badges.
- Add the page to your home screen so you can find it again quickly.

Do this before the event, not on the day
The most common problem exhibitors have is that the person actually working the stand never got the link.
Whoever booked the booth usually receives it. The people scanning are often different — colleagues, agency staff, someone who joined last week.
So:
- Forward the link to everyone working the stand, before travel day.
- Have each of them open it once on their own phone and allow the camera.
- Add it to the home screen on every device.
Everyone on your team can use the same link. All leads land in the same place regardless of who scanned.
What you need at the booth
- A charged phone. Scanning all day drains a battery fast — bring a power bank.
- The link saved, not buried in an email thread.
- A backup. Venue wifi is unreliable, but the app keeps working offline — see Capture leads without a connection.
What happens next
Once open, you can scan attendee badges — see Scan and save a lead.
Common problems
The link does not work. Lead capture may not be switched on yet, or your booking may not be confirmed. Contact the organizer.
The camera does not open. Camera permission was refused. Check your browser's site settings for the page and allow it, then reload.
You lost the link. Sign in with your email at /exhibitor instead, or ask the organizer to resend it — they have a Resend link button on every exhibitor.
Your session expired mid-show. The scanner shows a Sign in button. Anything still queued on that phone is kept and syncs once you are back in.
You want a separate link per person. Not needed. One link covers your whole team.
