Build your package catalog
Define booths, sponsorships and bundles once, and reuse them across every event you run.

The catalog is shared across your whole workspace. Define a package once and every event can sell it.
Steps
- Open Exhibitors and go to the Catalog tab.
- Click Add a package.
- Choose the kind: booth, sponsorship or bundle.
- Give it a name and description.

Catalog tab with the package list and the add package panel - Save, then open it to add what it includes — see Set what a package includes and requires.
The three kinds
Booth — physical exhibition space. Comes with a stand on your floor plan.
Sponsorship — visibility without floor space: naming rights, a lanyard logo, a keynote slot.
Bundle — both together. "Gold Sponsor" that includes a large booth plus branding.
Naming packages
Names appear on your public exhibitor page, so they are selling copy.
- Say what they get, not just a tier: "Gold — 6×3m booth + main stage logo" beats "Gold".
- Keep tiers to three or four. More choice sells less, not more.
- Use metals or numbers consistently. Do not mix "Gold" with "Tier 2".
Pricing is not here
Deliberately. The catalog holds the *definition*; the price is set per event, because the same Gold package costs different amounts at different events.
See Add packages to an event and set the price.
Editing and deleting
Open a package to edit it. Changes apply to every event using it, so be careful editing mid-season — a package a live event is selling is not the place to experiment.
Delete package removes it from the catalog. Do not delete something a past event sold; your records reference it.
What happens next
Catalog packages do nothing until they are added to an event. Once added, they appear on your public exhibitor page for companies to apply for.
Common problems
A package is not on your event page. It is in the catalog but not added to the event.
Editing changed another event. Expected — the catalog is shared. To differ per event, create a second package.
You want a one-off package for one event. Create it in the catalog anyway and add it only to that event. There is no per-event-only package.
Nothing lists under Catalog. Nothing has been created yet. This is the starting point for a new workspace.
