Preview and publish your registration form
Test the form properly before you open it, then publish.
Preview while you build
The Form builder has an Edit / Preview toggle, a device switcher for Desktop / Tablet / Mobile, and an EN / AR language toggle.

Check mobile specifically. Most people register on a phone, and a form that is fine on a laptop can be unusable on a small screen.
Publish
Go to step 5 Save & publish and publish.

Test it for real
Preview is not proof. Before you tell anyone the form is open, register yourself on the live form at your event address.
Work through this properly:
- Open the real form on a phone, not just your laptop.
- Register as each attendee type — they see different tickets and different questions.
- Deliberately leave a required field blank and check the error makes sense.
- If it is paid, pay for real with a live card. Refund yourself afterwards from Reconciliation.
- Check the confirmation email arrives, and that the QR code is in it.
- Scan that QR code on the Check-in page.
That last step is the one people skip and the one that hurts. A form that takes registrations but produces a QR code nobody tested is a queue on the morning of your event.
If you enabled Arabic, do it again in Arabic.
What happens next
The form is live at your event address, and embedded wherever you placed a registration section on your pages.
If your event is still Draft, the public site is closed regardless of the form being published. See Take your event from draft to published.
Common problems
Changes are not on the live form. Save and publish; preview shows the draft.
The form is live but the page is not. Two different things — the event status controls the site. See Take your event from draft to published.
No tickets show at the ticket step. The tickets are not visible to that attendee type, or their sales window has not opened. See Create a ticket type.
Delete your test registrations before you go live. Tag them as you create them, then filter by that tag and bulk delete. See Act on several attendees at once.
