Set the lead qualification questions
Add the questions booth staff answer about each lead they capture.
لم يُترجم هذا الدليل بعد، لذا يظهر بالإنجليزية.
Qualification questions are what booth staff fill in about a lead after scanning. They are edited in the Form builder, not on the Leads page.
Steps
- Open Form builder.
- Switch the mode at the top to Lead capture questions.

Form builder with the mode switcher on lead capture questions - Add, edit, reorder and delete questions — see Add a question.
- Save.
What is always there
Four things are built in and shown as always-on:
- Attendee details — from the scan.
- Rating, 1 to 5.
- Temperature — hot, warm or cold.
- Notes.
Do not recreate these. For many events they are enough on their own.
Adding your own
These questions are shared across every exhibitor, so they must make sense at any booth. That constrains what is useful.
Questions that work:
- Timeframe — "When are they looking to buy?" with options like this quarter, this year, just researching.
- Role in the decision — decision maker, influencer, researcher.
- Follow-up requested — send information, book a call, no follow-up.
Questions that do not work:
- Anything specific to one exhibitor's product.
- Anything long. Booth staff are standing up, holding a phone, with someone waiting.
Three questions maximum, on top of the built-in four. Lead capture happens in about twenty seconds during a conversation. A long form means staff either skip it or make the answers up, and invented data is worse than none.
What happens next
Questions appear in the capture app for every exhibitor. Answers are attached to each lead and included in the exhibitor's export and yours.
Common problems
You cannot find where to edit them. Form builder, lead capture mode — not the Leads page.
Exhibitors want their own questions. Not supported; the question set is shared. They can use the Notes field for anything specific.
Answers are blank. Staff skipped them. Only the scan itself is required. Fewer questions gets better completion.
A question makes no sense for some booths. Keep questions generic enough for every exhibitor.
Exhibitors want to change the questions themselves. They cannot. This is yours to set.
